Ooredoo Maldives announces its partnership with Sri Lanka’s leading telemedicine platform, oDoc.
The partnership aims to provide a platform connecting patients with doctors for audio/video consultation and care.
Moreover, Ooredoo Maldives confirms their newest initiative aims to provide “high quality health care that is universally accessible and affordable to all.”
Furthermore the partnership functions through enabled carrier billing service to Ooredoo customers.
Customers will be able to consult doctors online and charge it to their phone bill or deduct the fee from their Postpaid or Prepaid package.
Thus, the new platform eliminates the need for credit or debit card transactions.
Meanwhile, the CEO and Managing Director of Ooredoo Maldives expresses delight in the new partnership.
oDoc virtual clinic provides access to medical consultation from over 450 Sri Lankan doctors.
Moreover, oDoc will expand their doctor profiles in the coming months by roping in local doctors onto the platform.
All of oDoc’s pantheon of doctors are fully qualified, registered and have at least 5 years of post-internship experience.
