Moreover, the premier tourism promotional corporation in Maldives notes the 29 properties in current month and 46 properties slated for reopening in October include famous resort properties.
The properties set to reopen include Outrigger Konotta Maldives along with Niyama Private Island.
Furthermore reopening properties, all, will adhere to Tourism Ministry’s ‘Safe Tourism Guideline.’
The guideline aims to ensure maximum safety for incoming tourists as well as staff of properties amid the Covid-19 tension.
Meanwhile, MMPRC attests 94% of resorts in Maldives will reopen in October.
Another 103 properties will reopen during November, with tourism industry expecting significant resuscitation by the end of current year.
