Ooredoo Maldives comes in collaboration with premier tourism promoting act for a new initiative.
The telecom company partners up with Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) for the destination marketing campaign.
Moreover, Ooredoo is partnering up with Ministry of Tourism and local media and events firm Orca Media Group.
The destination marketing campaign “Visit Maldives Now” will reach its international network of over 117 million people across 10 countries.
Furthermore, Ooredoo’s global network customers will get “a chance to discover picturesque content of the paradise destination.”
According to the telecom provider, the content will be shared on Ooredoo social media platforms and its various other partnered media platforms around the globe.
Additionally, travels will receive chances to win hotel stays and gifts by interacting and sharing posts.
Meanwhile, Managing Director of MMPRC, Thoyyib Mohamed comments on the newest initiative noting the campaign will strengthen visibility of Maldives.
On the other hand, Ooredoo CEO and Managing Director Najib Khan mentions the company remains at forefront to utilize its strengths and resources to benefit communities.
“Visit Maldives Now” campaign aims to kickstart Maldives tourism at a fast pace and “bring back the sunny side of life.”
The campaign will run from September 2020 until early 2021.
MMPRC remains adaptive to ensure destination marketing in light of the persisting global pandemic.
