HDC seek interesting party for Hulhumale’-P2 fuel station development

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking potential contractors for the development of fuel stations in the second phase of Hulhumale’.

Moreover, interested parties are to submit proposals for the development of said fuel stations in the satellite town.

Plots for the project are:

• Plot: RD-4(a) (Lot 20455), spanning 7,327.20 sqft
• Plot: N4-24(C) (Lot 20435), spanning 10,179.31 sqft

Meanwhile, HDC notes proposal submission before 14:00hrs of 11 February 2021.

Furthermore, proposals must accompany bid securities in accordance with the instructions to proponents.
