Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) confirm 40% overall project progress of Ihavandhoo harbor development.
Moreover, the contractor reports the new harbor’s basin dredging works at currently ongoing status.
Scope of work for the project include dredging and excavation operations of 30,509 cubic meters.
Furthermore, construction of a 95-meter quay wall along with 284-meter breakwater and 178-meter revetment for shoreline protection.
Additionally, MTCC will install navigation and streetlights as well as construct a paved area of 4,582 square meters.
MTCC reports project value at MVR48.5 million.
