Bank of Maldives (BML) opens a new self-service banking ATM at Kaafu atoll Guraidhoo.
Moreover, the national bank’s newest ATM link to its nationwide chain comes as part of their strategy on expanding banking services to support local communities.
The self-service banking ATM will provide cash withdrawal facilities, with deposit and transfer services to both individuals and businesses.
Furthermore, the self-service ATM will be operational on a 24-hour basis.
With the latest addition to Guraidhoo, Kaafu atoll (outside of Greater Male’ Region) will have two branches of BML.
Additionally, the atoll will now hold four self-service banking centers along with cash agents in many of the inhabited islands.
Speaking on the new ATM addition to Guraidhoo, BML’s CEO Tim Sawyer confirms the move attests their commitment towards expansion.
Moreover, Sawyer notes the newest addition is also testament towards the bank’s ongoing investment program to “benefit individuals, business and communities across the country.”
