Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) announces their annual general meeting for the year ended 2020, on 20 June 2021.
According to the state-owned enterprise, their annual general meeting will proceed through the virtual conferencing platform ‘FahiVote’ developed by Maldives Securities Depository.
Furthermore, MTCC reveals their AGM is slated at 13:00hrs of the scheduled date.
Meanwhile, the corporation reports shareholder participant eligibility noting that the shareholders who had registered prior to 19 May 2021 will be allowed invitation for the event.
As per the regulations of Capital Market Development Authority and the Securities Continuing Disclosure Obligation of Issuers Regulation, all registered corporations must hold their annual general meetings for the year 2020 before 31 May 2021.
However, MTCC had postponed their AGM with acquired permission from CMDA.
MTCC earlier announced paying a dividend of MVR3 per share for the retained profit of the previous year.
