Fuel Supplies Maldives (FSM) on Thursday, has confirmed on their plans to launch a self-service refueling station in Greater Male’ region.
The plans were headlined by Managing Director of FSM, Mohamed Gasam during an interview on RaajjeTV where he was quoted on affirming the company’s initiative towards upgrading their existing refueling stations.
FSM is currently at the preliminary phase of integrating state-of-the-art technology into their refueling stations to adjust the hubs for more modern inclinations. Meanwhile, the company is attempting to finalize the design works for the station upgrades.
Moreover, speaking about the planned upgrades the FSM front-man had noted on significant improvement of vehicle ‘room’ inside the stations. The upgraded station – at least one of them – is expected to simultaneously cater 14 motorbikes as well as provide service for 08 four-wheelers in one-go.
Prior to the self-service refueling station’s inception, FSM will conduct an island-wide survey to attain customer opinion and insight to forecast a reception towards such a development.
