Ooredoo Maldives has announced that the telecommunication and internet service provider corporation’s next annual general meeting is scheduled for March 2022.
Moreover, Ooredoo Maldives has announced that the record date or “books close” date for the AGM will be Thursday, 17 February 2022 at 14:00hrs.
In addition to this, the telecommunication provider notified that all persons, including legal entities registered as shareholders of the company by the record date are eligible to receive dividends.
Eligible shareholders are requested to attend the even in person or via proxy to participate and cast vote.
Furthermore, Ooredoo Maldives confirmed that notice of the AGM agenda will be published on the company’s official website no later than 20 February 2022, with other details including actual date of the AGM, time, venue and agenda itineraries.
