Manta Air has opened the application window for the second batch of the airline’s Manta Wings apprenticeship program.
According to the airline, the apprenticeship program focuses on providing training and development of local talents to provide them with the opportunity to enter the aviation sector.
The “Wings” program apprentices will spend 12 months in dedicated areas for the training and the new batch of 2022/23 will commence sometime in July 2022.
Furthermore, the apprenticeship program will provide on-the-job learning with dedicated mentors along with in-classroom personal development.
Upon completion of the program, the apprentices will be awarded with certificate of completion and will have the freedom of choosing their field of work and company.
