The flagship carrier of Saudi Arabia, SAUDIA, has launched scheduled flight operations between Maldives and Singapore, operating four days a week.

The regular flight schedules between Maldives and Singapore began in March, now extending it to four times a week with flights on every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

The additional flights will be providing additional choices for Maldivians to travel to Singapore, a SAUDIA official said, adding that timings are also convenient as the flights will be leaving Male in the mornings and returning from Singapore in the evenings.

Saudi Arabia’s flagship carrier started operations to the Maldives in March 2016. The Male-Singapore flights complement SAUDIA’s twice a week service from Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport and two weekly flights from King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah to Maldives.
