JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has announced to exclusively offer the sale of the Amari Havodda Maldives Resort.

JLL announced on Thursday that Havodda has been operating without loss since the resort opened in 2016. The group assured the buyer will get two incentives out of the deal. They said it will provide immediate access to profitable investment and the opportunity to do business in the tourism sector of Maldives. JLL further said the buyers can run the resort under their own brand.

JLL has recently sold two famous resorts owned by Universal, one of Maldives’ largest tourism magnates.

Located in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, only a 55-minute flight from Velana International Airport, Amari Havodda offers 120 beachfront and overwater villas. It was opened in 2016.
