Dhiraagu has introduced a new update to its Mobile App.
According to the State-Owned Telecom company, customers can now enjoy all-new features to help manage their accounts and services conveniently with this update.
The update includes three new key features.
Customers can now easily change their mobile plans and home fibre broadband packages through the Dhiraagu App.
Residential customers can now view their bill details for the past 12 months directly from the Dhiraagu App by logging in to the app and accessing bill information from the “View Bills” section.
In addition, mobile Postpaid customers with plans above Dhiraagu Postpaid 150 can now cancel any recurring add-ons they no longer need by swiping or pressing the “Add-On Balance” button in the app.
Dhiraagu said customers can update their Dhiraagu Mobile App via Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
