Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) reports revising their tax return forms for taxpayers, following the GST increment in 2023.
The tax return form for the general non-tourism taxpayer form (MIRA205) and the tourism taxpayer form (MIRA206) have been changed to include the GST revisions, MIRA said.
MIRA revised the following documents as well;
- Input Tax Statement
- Output Tax Statement
- Capital Expenditure Information Sheet
Taxpayers must submit the version 23.1 forms of the GST return and the aforementioned supporting documents, which are now made available to download from the MIRA website.
