The government of Maldives has announced seeking interested proponents to bid for the design and development of a health center in AA. Ukulhas. The announcement was made by the Ministry of Finance.
The bidding process will adhere to;
- Construction Contractors Regulation – from the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure
- The policy on awarding construction projects under the national tender – from the Ministry of Finance
- Foreign Direct Investment policy – the Ministry of Economic Development
Bidders will be shortlisted based on the National Competitive Bidding policy.
Interested proponents must pay an MVR500 non-refundable registration fee. The payment window for the bid has already expired, which ran from January 10 to 29.
The bid opening is scheduled for January 31, 13:00hrs, at the ministry’s National Tender Conference Hall.
The winning bidder must pay MVR360,000 as the bid security for the project. The bid security must be paid within 148 days from the bid opening date.
