The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) begins a survey to identify areas that require service improvement for Hiyaa Flat residents.
HDC decided to conduct the survey in response to feedback from residents living in the flats. The residents had highlighted concerns regarding regular issues they face while living in the flats.
HDC began its survey on February 27.
The data will be collected through door-to-door visits by HDC staff and via an online form available from HDC’s website. The corporation also said that residents will not be asked about their income and bank account details.
HDC further revealed that its employees taking part in the survey will produce their credentials to participants.
Moreover, should HDC require additional information from residents, they will only contact through official numbers.
Residents can also contact HDC’s call center hotline at 1516 to lodge any complaints they have about the survey.
HDC hopes the survey will help the corporation in improving and developing the services rendered to the Hiyaa Flat residents.
