Dhiraagu has announced it will hold the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting on March 20, 2023.
This year’s AGM will be held as a hybrid event; with both in-person and virtual participants. Shareholders who register for the AGM can choose the option to participate virtually through ‘FahiVote’ or in-person at CROSSROADS Maldives.
Pre-registration for shareholders is open from 14:15hrs on March 3 until 13:00hrs on March 19, while proxy registration is open from 14:15hrs on March 3 until 13:00hrs on March 18, 2023.
Shareholders registered before March 14 will be eligible to participate in this year’s AGM.
Meanwhile, Dhiraagu announced it has limited the number of in-person attendees to 150 while the rest will be able to participate virtually. Shareholders must register their preferred participation method before 16:00hrs on March 19.
