The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) participated in the Access Luxury Travel Show (ALTS) Prague 2023 held on March 13 and 14.
The event was held at the Kaiserštejnský Palác, Prague, Czech Republic.
Exitix Marketing represented the Visit Maldives tourism promotion brand at the event and promoted the “enthralling glamour of the Maldives”, tourism products including resorts, hotels, and guesthouses, and segments such as romance, honeymoon, family, and diving.
The ALTS Prague is a two-day business-to-business (B2B) workshop that brings together corporate travel decision-makers; potential investors in the hospitality, leisure, and travel industry; tour operators, travel agents with VIP clients; and other industry professionals from Eastern Europe.
MMPRC’s participation in the event comes under the tourism board’s strategy to promote the Maldives in the Eastern European market. The main objective for this participation is to motivate Eastern European travel trade to more actively promote the Maldives in their programs.
Eastern Europe is an important market for the Maldives with 100,667 annual arrivals in 2022.
