The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) promoted the Maldivian tourism industry at the Pure Luxury Spring Edition 2023.
The event was held in Moscow, Russia on March 16, 2023, at the Four Seasons Hotel.
Since 2011, the Pure Luxury Spring Edition has been the “ultimate platform for showcasing” the best in luxury travel.
MMPRC was represented by its PR agents for the region, Compass Consulting, which showcased the luxury side of the Maldives, its products, and its services.
MMPRC under its Visit Maldives brand participated in the event to promote the Maldives as the ultimate luxury holiday destination in the Russian market. The event is focused on high-net-worth individuals and luxury travelers.
Moreover, the participation aims to strengthen the Maldives’ brand in the market.
Russia is the strongest tourism market to the Maldives so far in 2023 with 54,527 arrivals as of March 15. The market was also the second strongest in 2022 with 201,954 annual arrivals.
