The Ministry of Finance, announcing on behalf of the Ministry of Health is seeking interested contractors the construction of Haa Alifu atoll Hoarafushi on a design and build approach.
The bidding process will adhere to;
- Construction Contractors Regulation of the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure
- National Tender Construction Projects Awarding Regulation of the Ministry of Finance
- Foreign Direct Policy of the Ministry of Economic Development
Winning proponent will be selected according to the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) policy of the ministry.
Interested proponents are required to pay an MVR500 non-refundable registration fee through the government’s pay portal (https://bandeyripay.finance.gov.mv). Registration payment is accepted from April 12 until May 2, 2023 between 08:00hrs and 14:00hrs (09:30hrs and 13:00hrs during Ramadan).
Inquiries regarding the project are accepted until 13:00hrs on April 20, 2023.
Eligible bidders must present an MVR430,000 as bid security within 148 days from the date of bid opening, which is scheduled on May 4, 2023 at 11:00hrs.
