Maldives State Shipping (MSS) has appointed Captain Mohamed Nazim, the company’s Executive Director as its new Managing Director.
Nazim was appointed to lead the company after its previous front man Abdulla Saeed was appointed as the new Managing Director of State Trading Organization (STO).
Besides filling the role of an Executive Director of the company, Nazim was had previously acted as the General Manager of MSS as well.
Nazim was a Second and Third Officer at the Olendorff Carriers for six years, and was the Chief Officer at Netherland’s Wilhemsen Holding ASA. He was also the First Officer at Hong Kong’s Anglo-Eastern for four years.
