Bank of Maldives has started an internship program for graduates from higher education institutions.
BML’s People and Change Director Shaha Waheed says the graduate internship program will instill basic skills in graduates, adding this would be a positive path for graduates to secure full time employment at the bank.
The 12-month program is open to all students of higher education institutions affiliated with the Bank.
Successful applicants will be able to work in different departments in the Bank. Each applicant will have a mentor from the Bank attached with the applicant. Additionally, upon completion of the project, the interns will have the opportunity to apply for positions in the Bank.
