The property is known for its various initiatives to reduce ecological footprint, with one of the major projects from Kuda Villingili involving the integration of solar panels, resulting in a remarkable 40% reduction in energy consumption.
Kuda Villingili adopts an integrated approach to waste management, utilizing a composting machine to effectively eliminate food waste and dry leaves. The compost is utilized for vegetation.
