Ooredoo has won ‘Dream Company to Work For’, ‘Best Employer Brand’ and ‘Award for Institution Building’ at the ‘Employer Branding Awards’.
The awards were given in Singapore.
Additionally, Ooredoo Head of Human Resources Mohamed Shahid also won the HR Leadership Awards.
‘It is a proud moment for Ooredoo Maldives to be recognized for our people practices, which remains to be a top priority area for our company,’ said Najib Khan, the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Ooredoo employs over 400 staff in the country.
Khan added that the company had encapsulated the best practices on talent management and communication in order to build and strengthen their teams.
Ooredoo had won the Global HR Excellence Award for Best Strategy in Line with Business, Global Best Employer Brand for Excellence in HR Through Innovation and Global Best Employer Brand for Talent Mangement in the World HRD Congress also held this year.
