Hilton to Open New Resort in Emboodhoofalhu


Hilton Resorts is set to open a new resort in Emboodhoofalhu next year.

The group presently operates several properties in the Maldives, including Conrad Rangali. The Group is set to open a resort each of their Curio Collection and Waldorf Astoria Collections.

TTG Asia, an industry publication, reported that a franchise agreement for the property had already been signed, with Thailand’s Singha Estate, developer of Emboodhoofalhu. The property will be developed and run by S Hotels and Resorts.

TTG Asia also reported the property will have 198 rooms. Popular designer Bill Bensly had designed the entire property.
