Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) participated at the South Asia Travel Trade Exhibition (SATTE) 2018 held in February.
MATATO hosted a destination stand at SATTE 2018, which was held from 31st January till 02nd February. SATTE, which is celebrating it’s 25th anniversary in 2018 is among the leading travel and trade exhibitions held in South Asia.
SATTE also marks as the kick off to tourism promotional activities for 2018 – as it was the first international trade exhibition that MATATO took part in the year. Alongside MATATO, there were 10 Maldivian companies – with the likes of resorts, guesthouses and travel agents – who represented the Maldives at SATTE 2018.
Over 500 exhibitors from 35 destinations took part in the exhibition, which was hosted in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi in India.
