The Maldives Capacity Development and Governance Institute (MCDGI) is planning to host a Business Management Workshop.
The workshop will be held from 9 to 10 March 2019 at the STELCO Training Hall and is for a fee of MVR1,500 per day, which includes course material, certificate, and refreshments.
The target audience of the workshop includes business continuity professionals, risk/crisis managers, chief risk offers, regulatory officers, etc.
The workshop is being hosted by a Business Continuity Practitioner and Trainer, Mr Kamran Zianuddin. He has 27 years of experience handling various projects related to strategic planning and programme management, quality and change management and process improvement, with about 15 or so years of experience with business continuity and crisis management.
The two-day programme is set to cover topics such as policy and programme management, management techniques, and technical practices. It will have a focus on the ‘what to do’ and ‘how to do it’ aspects of business continuity management, with a focus on best practices set forward by standards-setting bodies, along with providing practical exposure to participants to master key Business Continuity Management tools and skills.
