The Maldives National Association of Construction Industry (MNACI) will be hosting their annual safety and health conference on 7 May 2019.
The association’s Secretary General Mr Adnan Haleem had stated the main reason for hosting such a conference is in light of the recent construction-site related accidents that took place in recent months and said the issue will be a major discussion point.
The MNACI aims to reduce accidents and similar incidents in construction work-sites in the future through their initiative.
Champa Central Hotel will be the home for the conference from 09:00hrs until 15:00hrs on the conference date where construction industry professionals and other stakeholders of the industry will be sitting down to stress their concerns.
The construction association has invited industry stakeholders to participate in the conference.
This is the first ever construction safety and health conference to be held by the MNACI.
