The Ministry of Finance has announced that they are seeking a consultant regarding the construction of International Ports in the Northern and Southern regions of the Maldives.
The Ministry stated that the Consultant hired to take this project on must be able to do scoping work, carry out a feasibility analysis, develop the project, and do transaction advisory work.
The government stated that international consultancy firms should consider working with local firms and send in proposals for consideration.
The Ministry of Finance stated that proposals should be in accordance with the Request for Proposal guidelines and that they should be sent in before 21 July. They also stated that the proposal would be chosen based on its quality and cost, adding that joint proposals between foreign and local firms would be given consideration.
The Ministry also stated that all documentation regarding this project is available on their website.
