Hurawalhi Maldives is set to host the first-ever underwater yoga class in the picturesque underwater restaurant at the resort.

The one-hour vinyasa flow yoga class conducted by yoga instructor Jessica Olie – fitness expert and author of #LetsStartYoga – will be a unique session that that incorporates downward dogs, and the fish or dolphin pose in the depths of the ocean, surrounded by the exquisite Maldivian underwater life.

For the participants, this experience will be one for the books; as yogis can partake in a historical event in the aquarium-like setting of the underwater restaurant, stretching to the many shades of blue the ocean has to offer.

The vinyasa flow class aims to “improve flexibility, boost muscle strength, invigorate the immune system and produce an inner calm.”

The participants can fully live up to viyasa flow’s yoga class amidst the tropical fish and the corals, with the crystal clear waters setting the mood for a soothing yoga class.

The classes are suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike and is set to take place on 17 March, 2018. The class will cost US$120.
