STO seeks vendors to run 3-units of Harbor Food Court

State Trading Organization, STO has invited interested individuals to submit bid proposals for newly developed units at the southwest harbor food court area.

STO states that Request for Proposal document for these units will be available to download from the company’s home-website. Interested parties are to submit proposals as instructed in the RFP on their website.

Three food-court units are up for lease as per the announcement. These includes 2 units of 960 square feet and one unit of 1660 square feet. Lease price for these units are up for 53 MVR per square feet.

Deadline for submission of proposal is 2 pm on 28 August. According to STO, filled application document can be submitted to the reception of the company’s head office.

The company noted that for full transparency the bid proposals will be opened in front of the proponents that choose to be present.

STO revamped and opened the southwest harbor food court area in May 2018 under a venture which cost MVR 32 million. The foodcourt area is locally named as Raaveribey Kohthu Veni.
