STELCO opens priority counter to improve customer experience

The State Electric Company (STELCO) in a bid to improve the customer experience and care rendered from the company’s outlets opened a priority counter Wednesday.

During a special function held during the morning of 30 October 2019, the priority counter at STELCO’s main headquarters was opened by Hinnavaru MP Jeehan Mahmood.

According to the Managing Director of STELCO, Mr Hassan Mughnee the priority counter was ‘installed’ to serve the elderly, physically handicapped, expectant mothers and customers who visit with children under the age of six.

Apart from initiating the service at the priority counter, the lawmaker also launched the official handbook of STELCO which dictates the company’s code of ethics on customer care.

Mr Hassan Mughnee on Wednesday’s ceremony made emphasis on the company’s recent business expansion initiatives.
