SME Digital has announced that customers with overdue payments on their financing facilities may face disruptions to banking services from 1 November 2026.
The measure is being introduced as part of efforts to encourage timely repayments and help customers keep their financing accounts in good standing.
Customers have been advised to settle payments by their respective due dates to avoid service disruptions. Where services are affected due to overdue payments, SME Digital said they will be restored within one day after all overdue amounts are settled.
SME Digital will continue sending scheduled reminders to customers ahead of payment deadlines and upcoming service disruptions.
Customers seeking further information or assistance can contact SME Digital on 1613.
