Belle Amie Bistro Expands Dining Offering with New Menu and Weekly Buffet

Belle Amie Bistro at The Somerset Hotel in Malé is set to expand its dining offering with the launch of a refreshed à la carte menu on 5 September 2026.

The updated menu will introduce a broader selection of dishes, combining popular favourites with new options inspired by international cuisines. The restaurant said the new offering is intended to provide greater variety for hotel guests and local diners.

As part of the launch, Belle Amie will also introduce “Grand Tour: A Journey Through Our New Menu,” a new weekly buffet concept featuring a curated selection of dishes from the updated menu.

The buffet will allow diners to sample several of the restaurant’s new dishes in a single evening, with the selection rotating throughout the month.

Grand Tour will be available every Thursday during September at Belle Amie Bistro, located within The Somerset Hotel in Malé.
