Ooredoo m-Faisaa Launches ‘Eid Hadhiyaa’ Digital Gifting Service for Eid Celebrations

Ooredoo m-Faisaa has launched a new digital gifting service, “mFaisaa Eid Hadhiyaa,” enabling customers to send monetary Eid gifts instantly to family and loved ones across the Maldives through the mFaisaa mobile wallet platform.

The service aims to offer a secure, convenient, and meaningful way for users to celebrate Eid by sharing gifts digitally anytime and anywhere.

According to Ooredoo Maldives, the initiative reflects the company’s continued commitment to enhancing digital lifestyles and expanding practical fintech solutions for customers. The company said the Eid Hadhiyaa feature embodies the spirit of generosity and togetherness associated with Eid celebrations while embracing the convenience of modern digital technology.

Customers can send Eid Hadhiyaa through the mFaisaa app in a few simple steps. Users need to open the app, tap the “Eid Hadhiyaa” banner, choose from existing gift options or customize their own, add a personalised Eid message, enter the recipient’s mFaisaa mobile number, and verify the transaction using an OTP before sending the gift instantly.

The service is available to all registered mFaisaa users, with recipients receiving funds instantly and securely through the platform.
