Ooredoo Maldives marked Customer Week with a series of activities celebrating its customers and partners, bringing its leadership team closer to the people who remain at the heart of its services.
The celebrations began on a special note as the company’s CEO and Managing Director, alongside the management team, welcomed the first customer of the day. The gesture set the tone for a week focused on appreciation, engagement and meaningful connections.
As part of the celebrations, the leadership team also stepped into the customer care experience, answering queries and engaging directly with customers. These interactions offered an opportunity to listen to feedback and gain a deeper understanding of customers’ needs and experiences.
Extending its appreciation to valued partners, Ooredoo Maldives visited Rapidez to recognise its continued support and partnership. The visit highlighted the importance of the relationships that support the company’s connection with its customers.
Ooredoo also hosted a special gathering for its Club Premier customers, celebrating their continued trust and loyalty. The event provided an opportunity to connect, hear valuable feedback and express appreciation for their relationship with the company.
Through these Customer Week activities, Ooredoo Maldives placed a spotlight on the customers and partners who are part of its journey, reinforcing its commitment to listening, strengthening relationships and enhancing the customer experience.
