Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, will launch scheduled flights between Malé and Kudahuvadhoo in Dhaalu Atoll on 17 September 2026, further expanding its domestic network and strengthening connectivity across the country.
The new route will operate daily, with a promotional fare starting from MVR 1,111.
With the addition of Kudahuvadhoo, Maldivian will serve 18 domestic airports across the Maldives. The expansion marks another step in the airline’s continued growth and its commitment to providing reliable air connectivity throughout the country.
The new service supports the Government’s efforts to strengthen domestic aviation and improve access to the region. It will provide essential travel options for communities across Dhaalu Atoll, improving connections to Malé for work, education, healthcare, business and other needs.
Improved air access is also expected to support resorts and other businesses in Dhaalu Atoll by offering travellers greater connectivity to the region.
As Maldivian continues to expand its domestic network, the airline remains focused on connecting communities, supporting regional development and improving access to destinations across the Maldives.
Tickets will be available for purchase from 13 September 2026 through Maldivian’s website, mobile application, ticketing offices and authorised sales channels.
