When Taskin App officially launched in January 2026, it marked a significant milestone as the Maldives’ first dedicated freelancer platform.

Founder and CEO Dheema Fakir developed Taskin from her own experience of balancing professional responsibilities, family life and managing a household while raising a daughter without a traditional local support system.
