Bank of Maldives (BML) has launched a new promotion offering customers the chance to win USD 1,000 every week when they apply for and use a new USD Debit Card.
The promotion, which runs until 30 July 2026, rewards customers who activate their newly issued USD Debit Card and spend at least USD 100 during a qualifying week. One eligible customer will be selected in a weekly lucky draw to receive the cash prize.
The USD Debit Card enables customers to make foreign online payments directly from their USD accounts, providing a convenient payment solution for international transactions.
Customers can use the card for a wide range of purchases, including online shopping, travel bookings, streaming subscriptions, digital services, and payments on international websites and platforms.
To participate in the promotion, customers must apply for a new BML USD Debit Card during the promotional period, activate the card upon receipt, and spend a minimum of USD 100 within the week to qualify for the draw.
Applications can be submitted through the BML Mobile Banking App by navigating to the Debit Card section, selecting a USD account, and completing the application process. Approved cards will be delivered to customers' registered mailing addresses.
BML said the promotion aims to encourage customers to take advantage of the convenience and flexibility offered by the USD Debit Card while providing an opportunity to win cash rewards throughout the campaign period.
