Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) will remain committed to safeguarding the country’s main gateway with vigilance and determination while upholding the values of independence, Managing Director and CEO Ibrahim Shareef Mohamed has said.
In his Independence Day message, Shareef said the true value of independence must be recognised through gratitude and by protecting the principles and foundations on which the country’s freedom rests.
He said MACL would continue to protect and manage the country’s key aviation gateway with unwavering commitment.
Shareef said that, with the blessings of Almighty Allah, MACL would continue to stand as an icon and symbol of the Maldives’ independence.
He also stressed the importance of remaining thankful for the country’s freedom while maintaining the determination necessary to preserve it for future generations.
Shareef extended Independence Day greetings to President Dr Mohamed Muizzu, First Lady Sajidha Mohamed, the people of the Maldives, and the staff of MACL.
He also prayed for continued peace, prosperity and blessings for the Maldives and its people.
