Global HR Voices Headline 6th National HR Convention & Expo 2026 in Maldives

The Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) has unveiled the international keynote speakers set to headline the 6th National HR Convention & Expo 2026, positioning the event as a major platform for shaping conversations on leadership, workplace transformation and the role of artificial intelligence in people management.

Scheduled for April 11 and 12, the convention is expected to welcome more than 380 HR and business leaders from across the country and region. Held under the theme “Human Edge – Thriving in a World of AI,” the event will feature over 20 local and international expert speakers, four masterclasses and post event learning sessions, alongside extensive networking opportunities.

MAHRP said the presence of global keynote speakers reflects the convention’s growing stature and its ambition to bring international expertise into the Maldivian HR landscape.

Her participation is anticipated to provide insights into how organisations across Asia Pacific are preparing for technological disruption while maintaining strong people focused frameworks.

Beyond the keynote sessions, the convention will explore how HR professionals can remain distinctly human while navigating artificial intelligence, automation and changing workforce expectations. Organisers say the programme is designed to help leaders rethink employee experience, organisational culture and talent development.

The event also reflects a broader shift within the Maldives, where businesses across sectors are placing greater emphasis on professional HR practices as competition for skilled talent intensifies and digital transformation accelerates.

Registration for the convention is now open, with MAHRP inviting professionals to secure early seats and organisations to explore partnership and collaboration opportunities through the association’s official event channels.

With global expertise and local leadership converging, the 6th National HR Convention & Expo 2026 is set to position the Maldives at the centre of regional conversations on the future of work and the evolving human edge in an AI shaped world.
